Cars.ng Exploratory Testing: Uncovering Bugs & Enhancing User Experience

  INTRODUCTION   Cars.ng is an online platform designed to simplify car shopping by offering a wide selection of vehicles. However, for any digital product, usability and performance are key factors in user satisfaction. As part of my exploratory testing, I analyzed the platform’s core user flows on both desktop and mobile, identifying critical issues and proposing improvements. This blog post details my testing process, findings, and suggestions to enhance Cars.ng’s overall functionality and user experience. METHODOLOGY  To ensure thorough testing, I focused on: ✔️ Testing the main user flows (browsing cars.ng, signing in, registering). ✔️ Identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues. ✔️ Testing across desktop (Windows) and mobile (Android) on Chrome. ✔️ Documenting issues with screenshots and severity levels.
